What Opero does
Industrial companies keep their operational knowledge in manuals, parts catalogues, service tickets and ERP records. We connect to those sources and build AI agents on top of them. Teams use the agents to answer technical questions, automate document work, and handle calls. Every answer cites its source.
How we work
We work in four stages. First an assessment: we map how the business runs and score where AI pays off, which ends in a ranked list and a business case. Then the knowledge base, built on your own documents so every answer is traceable. Then the workflows that automate the manual processes around that knowledge. Then production, where we train the teams and keep it running. First production workload is typically live in six weeks. You own the knowledge base and the result at every step.

Opero serves companies that build, sell or service machines and buildings: construction and material handling, industrial production machinery, building technical services (MEP), and food and beverage.
