Important: We do NOT use your voice recordings or conversation data to train our AI models or improve our services. Your voice data is processed solely to provide the requested service to you.

6. Cookies and Analytics {#cookies}
6.1 What we run on this website
We run one analytics tool, PostHog, on an EU-hosted instance. We run no advertising or social-media trackers.
PostHog records which pages you open, roughly where you are (country and region, from your IP address), and which browser and device you use. It stores a random identifier in your browser so it can tell a returning visit from a new one. That identifier does not carry your name, and we do not combine it with any account you may hold with us.

Forms on this site also use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell a person from a bot. It sets no advertising identifier and is used only at the moment you submit a form.
6.2 How to opt out
A notice appears on your first visit. Choose Opt out and PostHog stops recording, on that browser, for good. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage under opero.analytics-consent; clearing your browser data shows the notice again.
You can also opt out at any time by enabling Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser, or by blocking our analytics domain. Blocking analytics does not affect any part of the website.
6.3 Where the data goes
PostHog runs on EU infrastructure and the data stays in the EU. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
To request deletion of the analytics data associated with your browser, email hi@opero.pro from the address you use with us, or contact us with the approximate dates of your visits.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Specific retention periods include:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure
- Voice Recordings: Retained as needed to provide services and may be deleted upon request
