Connect Opero to your ERP, CRM, service, and document systems so people and AI can use current business information without copying it by hand.
Customer details may live in a CRM. Orders and prices may live in an ERP. Service cases may be somewhere else, while manuals and drawings sit in SharePoint.
That separation creates work. People copy information between screens, ask colleagues to look things up, and make decisions using records that may already be out of date.
Opero connects those systems. It finds information where it already lives and can pass it to the person, agent, or workflow that needs it. You keep the software your teams already use and avoid moving everything into another platform.
Suppose a service request includes a machine serial number. Opero can use that number to find the customer in the CRM, check warranty coverage in the ERP, open the correct manual in SharePoint, and create a service case.
The technician receives one useful result instead of opening four systems and copying the same details between them.
The same approach works for sales, purchasing, finance, and operations. Opero can read from one system, apply your business rules, and update another when the process requires it.
Opero starts with read-only access. It can look up information but cannot change a record.
You grant additional access for specific actions. For example, Opero may be allowed to create a service case but not delete one, or prepare a purchase order but wait for a person to approve it.
Every change is recorded with the action, time, system, and person or workflow that requested it. This gives your operations and IT teams a clear record of what happened.
Opero has more than 240 ready-made connectors. Common examples include:
Finance, inventory, and operations: SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Infor M3, and e-conomic.
Customer and sales systems: Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Attio, and Zoho CRM.
Service and maintenance systems: ServiceNow, IBM Maximo, Salesforce Field Service, and Zoho Desk.
Documents and collaboration: SharePoint, OneDrive, Microsoft 365, Teams, Confluence, Slack, and compatible file stores.
Calls and messages: Twilio, Vonage, email, and SMS.
Login and user access: Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Google Workspace. Opero follows the user groups and document permissions you already manage there.
Not every important system is in the cloud or has a modern interface. Opero can connect to software running inside your company network as well as cloud services.
For systems that cannot be reached directly, we install a secure connection inside your environment. Your data stays within the boundary your IT team has approved.
We can build a connector for your system and the way your company stores data. A typical connector takes two to four weeks, depending on the system and the quality of its API—the interface software uses to exchange information.
We define the information Opero needs to read, the actions it may take, and the permissions for each action before the connector goes live.
240+ connectors are live, and roughly 6 more land every month. Don't see yours? Tell us. We add custom connectors in days, not quarters.
