Opero now plugs into more of your business, drafts smarter invoices end to end, and signs you in with one click. Plus two milestones worth celebrating. Here’s everything new.
Big news first
Two moments that say a lot about where Opero is headed.
Opero is now a Microsoft Marketplace partner
You can now find and buy Opero directly on the Microsoft commercial marketplace. For IT and procurement teams that standardize on Microsoft, that means a familiar buying process and vetted, enterprise-ready software.
One more sign that Opero belongs in your stack — right next to the tools your business already trusts.
Nordic Electric × Opero
In industrial sales, technical knowledge is the bottleneck. Together with Nordic Electric — a maker of custom electrical solutions for critical infrastructure — we’re putting AI at the heart of the commercial process. Sales teams ask technical questions and get instant, accurate answers from their own documentation, specs, and past RFQs. We showed it live at the EL & TEKNIK conference: instant answers, component search, and drafted quotations.
It is a true pleasure collaborating with Opero, who deliver AI solutions of the absolute highest quality. Their deep technical expertise combined with a fantastic understanding of our business makes a huge difference. They are innovative, professional, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure the best result. We could not wish for a better partner to shape our digital future and look forward to our continued collaboration.

What’s live now
Everything below is already in your account. No update needed — just log in.
Connect Attio and WooCommerce
Opero now connects to Attio and WooCommerce. Ask the AI about a deal, a company, or a task in your CRM — and it can act, not just look. Connect your store and it reads live orders and products straight from the chat.
Better yet, a WooCommerce order tied to a project attaches itself to the matching service report automatically — so the parts a customer ordered show up on the invoice without anyone re-typing them.
One project, one clean draft invoice
Auto-invoicing into e-conomic.dk grew up. Time from the service report and parts from your store now land on a single consolidated draft per project — no more duplicates when an order and a report arrive at different times.
Travel costs — flights, hotels, fuel, tolls, per-diems — are pulled in automatically. The right delivery date, currency, and references fill themselves in. Your finance team just reviews and sends.
One click in with Google or Microsoft
Your team can now sign in with their existing Google or Microsoft account — alongside the passwordless email link you already have. No new password to create, remember, or reset. IT keeps control through the identity provider you already use.
Tag-aware knowledge search
Name a manufacturer or model and the AI narrows straight to the right documents. When a search is too broad, it hands you a quick multi-select picker to refine — so you find the exact manual instead of wading through everything.
One voicebot for answers and reports
The voice agent now answers questions and files a report in the same call, picks the right case mid-conversation, and reads numbers aloud in easy-to-follow groups. It works reliably across languages — even the less common ones.
Cases, redesigned end to end
A cleaner list, detail, and form with drag-and-drop questions. New reference questions anchor each report to a known value — like a service address picked from your own list — and can hint which team member usually handles it.
Documents page overhaul
At-a-glance stats, a faster toolbar, and a floating bar to change visibility on many documents at once. Share any document with a copy-link. And a new hidden mode lets the AI use a document as context while keeping it out of sight for external customers.
A smoother chat, on phone and desktop
A redesigned chat home with quick-action cards and a personal greeting. On mobile, the composer, quick replies, and keyboard behave the way they should. Cited images now appear instantly, and a gentle warning tells you when a long chat is getting full.
Three real scenarios
Here’s what your team can already do today.
- An RFQ lands at 9 AM — a sales engineer asks Opero a technical question and gets an instant answer from the company’s own specs and past quotes — plus a drafted quotation to send back. No waiting days for the one person who knows. The deal keeps moving.
- A parts order lands mid-job — a customer orders parts in your WooCommerce store while a job is open. The order attaches itself to the matching service report, and everything — time, parts, travel — merges into one draft invoice in e-conomic.dk. Finance reviews once and sends.
- Your team lives in Attio — ask Opero where a deal stands, log a note, and create a follow-up task — without leaving the chat. Your CRM stays up to date while you stay in the conversation. One place, less switching.
Coming next: Opero that talks back
We’re giving Opero full communication capabilities — so it can write and receive its own emails, SMS, and phone calls. Imagine Opero following up with a customer, taking an inbound call, and handling the back-and-forth on its own. That’s where we’re headed next.
